We offer free shipping on US orders $100 or more for traditional orders. The subtotal must be $100 or more after all discounts or coupons have been applied to qualify for Free Shipping. Free Shipping cannot be combined with any other offers or promotions. Non-traditional orders are orders that consists bulk content (several of the same items order in different colors and sizes) does not qualify for Free Shipping and therefore free shipping is not applicable. Shipping outside of the US is available but additional shipping fees may apply.
All orders are processed, verified and shipped within 2-3 business days (Monday-Friday). No shipments are shipped on weekends or US holidays.
Queen Anne’s Boutique is not responsible for orders lost in the mail due to incorrectly supplied mailing addresses or unclaimed or refused packages. To guarantee that your package is delivered promptly, please make certain that the correct mailing address, phone number and email address are entered correctly. If your order is return to us as a non-deliverable or refused item, we will issue you a store credit for the price of your item(s) minus any shipping or processing fees.
Orders can be tracked using the tracking number that will be provided for each order. If you tracking information indicates your order has been delivered and you have not received it, please make a claim with the shipping service provider as Queen Anne’s Boutique is not responsible for packages with a tracking status of being delivered by the shipping service provider. We are not responsible for stolen packages. If you are not available to receive your package according to the estimated delivery time frame, please make arrangements with the shipping service provider to pick your package up at their facility or have them to deliver the item during a time that you will be available to receive the package.
Queen Anne’s Boutique is not responsible for delayed deliveries. Once shipped and your package shows a delayed delivery status, please contact the shipping service provider.
Any items marked Pre-Order in the product title or description, the product will be shipped on or around the estimated ship date indicated in the order summary. If your order contains a pre-order item, your entire order will ship the same time as the estimated date of your pre-order item unless you put in the comment section to “ship separate” before completing the check out process.
