Refunds will be issued for Items within 15 days of delivery confirmation in the form of a store credit unless another method has been determined by the owner. Returns credits will be issued minus shipping fees. Store credit can only be used at www.queenannesboutique.com. Items that are returned must be:
- In its original packaging with all tags attached
- Unworn and cannot be washed, dry cleaned, spot clean, altered, damaged or missing original tags and must be in the original packaging. Merchandise must be free of stains, makeup, deodorant, smoke or other odors. Items cannot be soiled. The merchandise must be in a condition suitable for resale.
- The Customer is responsible for all shipping fee associated with returned items sent back to Queen Anne’s Boutique except where indicated.
- Shipping Fees are Non-Refundable
Items that are Non-Refundable
Non-Refundable merchandise includes final sale products, accessories, formal gowns, swimwear and bodysuits. Any items marked final sale, clearance or promotions cannot be returned. These items are Final Sale and cannot be returned.
Return Processing Time
When your package has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item(s). We will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return item(s). If approved, a refund in the form of a store credit will be processed within 5 business days. Notification will be sent to you via email once the credit has been processed. Please note refunds/store credits will not include shipping fees.
When Making Returns
It is highly recommended that you use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for any items over $50 in value as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your return item.
Pack all merchandise securely in its original packaging and in its original condition with all tags attached. Be sure to include your purchase invoice with any items that you are returning and keep a copy of your invoice for your records. If you no longer have the invoice, be sure to include your order number, name, address and phone number into the packaging that you are returning.
Keep a copy of your return tracking number for the package you are shipping to us to monitor the status of the delivery. Queen Anne’s Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
